No. Listing your music does not guarantee placement on any podcast. The directory promotes and pitches music to podcasters, but podcasters make their own independent decisions. The platform cannot promise airplay, exposure, downloads, or streams—free or paid plans make no guarantees. However, AI music on paid plans always get pitched first and more often than AI music on the free plans with AI music on the Serious Musician Plan getting pitched the fastest and most often.
Podcasters receive a limited podsafe license that allows them to use your music in podcast episodes and related promotional content. This license does not allow resale, re-licensing, use in films, TV, ads, games, or other commercial projects unless explicitly stated.
Yes—AI-generated music is allowed as long as you have the legal right to submit it. That means your track must not infringe on copyrighted melodies, lyrics, or vocals, and must comply with the terms of the AI tools you used. You are fully responsible for the originality and legality of your submission.
Yes. You can request removal of your music from the directory at any time. However, any podcast episodes that already used your track while it was listed may continue to exist, since they were licensed at the time of use. Removal stops future placements, not past ones.
