OZBEAT AI says it has started the C2PA Conformance Program process for a validator intended to check Content Credentials embedded in MP3, WAV and FLAC files.
The company’s AAM 2.0 framework records human and AI participation separately across composition, lyrics, production, vocals, instrumentation and audio engineering. Its proposed consistency assessment would compare those declarations with available C2PA provenance evidence.
C2PA can help verify a file’s recorded origin and processing history, but it cannot independently prove that every creative-role declaration is accurate. OZBEAT’s implementation remains under assessment, and no C2PA conformance certification has been granted.
Does a Content Credential prove that a song’s AI disclosure is true? Not by itself. It can provide tamper-evident provenance evidence, while the creative disclosure still depends on accurate declarations and compatible industry metadata.
